- OUG nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniștii
- Legea nr. 363/2007 privind combaterea practicilor incorecte ale comercianților în relația cu consumatorii și armonizarea reglementărilor cu legislația europeană privind protecția consumatorilor
- Legea 365/2002 privind comerțul electronic.
Termene de livrare
Termenul de livrare al produselor cumpărate de la societatea noastră, se încadrează între 2-3 zile lucrătoare și 1 săptămână, din momentul înregistrării comenzii pe site. Comenzile cu livrare pe teritoriul României au o taxă de livrare de 20 lei.
Returnarea produselor
În cazul în care există nemulțumiri față de produsele achiziționate, Conform O.G. 130/2000 și O.G. 34/2014, Clientul are dreptul de a denunța unilateral comanda, notificând în scris sau telefonic că renunță la cumpărare, fără penalități și fără invocarea unui motiv, în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea produsului. Renunțarea la cumpărare este aplicabilă doar clienților persoane fizice (art. 2 lit. b).
Legea mai prevede și faptul că nu pot fi denunțate unilateral contractele de furnizare a unor produse care prin natura lor nu pot fi returnate sau care se pot degrada ori deteriora rapid (art. 10 lit. c). Astfel, produsul returnat trebuie să fie în aceeași stare în care a fost livrat, în ambalajul original, fără a reprezenta urme de uzură, atât în cazul produsului cât și ale accesoriilor/consumabilelor ce îl însoțesc, cu etichetele intacte și documentele originale care l-au însoțit (factura fiscală, instrucțiuni etc.).
Returnarea produselor se va face pe cheltuiala clientului, folosind același serviciu de transport cu care s-a făcut și expedierea, respectiv prin firma de curierat. Nu se acceptă returnarea produselor prin poștă. La primire, coletul va fi verificat pentru a se constata dacă îndeplinește condițiile mai sus menționate, în caz contrar acesta va fi refuzat. Astfel, vor fi refuzate coletele care conțin produse în altă stare decât cea în care au fost livrate, cele care nu au fost returnate folosind același serviciu de transport cu care s-a făcut și expedierea, cele a căror returnare nu a fost notificată în prealabil, precum și cele care conțin produse deteriorate în timpul transportului ca urmare a ambalării necorespunzătoare din partea Clientului.
Conform legii, B Beatrice Graphic Design SRL va înapoia valoarea comenzii (inclusiv taxele de transport, dacă este cazul) în cel mult 14 zile calendaristice de la data returnării, prin transfer bancar în contul specificat de client.

Shipping and Returns
BBEATRICE GRAPHIC DESIGN SRL is the operator of www.beatricedraws.com.
By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase it’s 20Lei.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
(The right to withdraw within 14 days for distance trading:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to the OUG nr 34/2014, the period of return of a Good or a renunciation of a Service expires within 14 days from:
– the day the Buyer enters into the physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders in a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately
– the day when the Buyer enters into physical possession of the last Good or the last piece – in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The products you return must be in the same condition you received.
The return is made with the original labels intact and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered.
If you have purchased several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is only accepted if they are sealed.
The products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those with traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, scratches, strokes, mechanical shocks, products which lack accessories are not accepted.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time in Romania: in general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 3 working days but there should be excepts.
Transit time Internationally: generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 days.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and email encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to email at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
